Interesting Read on the California Marriage Ban

This Reuters article on California's Proposition 8, the questionable amendment to California's state constitution that reversed previously-granted marriage rights for same-sex couples, is a really interesting read for law geeks, and for anyone that is concerned with fundamental civil rights in our country.
